kup

Thanks to @bero and @uro , kup has been added to cooker and is on the way to ROME repos.

Description

For those who have never heard of it, (I was one) this is a fine backup program. It is much better than kbackup or grsync. I have it installed and it is working well. I have not tested doing a backup across the network as I have no network shares right now.

This is much more complicated than kbackup or grsync. It does run on top of rsync and bup.
