Ctl+Shft+s to download the file
Make sure it goes to ~/.config/alacritty/

Thank you for posting this I am working to ensure that you only need to use one alacritty.toml file instead of needing a base .toml and the color .toml file
I edited the alacritty.toml file, so all you need is the file itself no extras.
To get to file if you want to edit it. You have to create a folder in ~/.config and call it alacritty
in that location put the alacritty.toml file and you will have a OpenMandriva color scheme for that terminal.
Your file location should be ~/.config/alacritty/alacritty.toml
