Suggested fix for cnf (command-not-found)

As I wrote in this post: The cnf command is not working properly. The issue was twofold, it wasn’t updated to pyton3 and the dnf command in it was called without sudo Since there is no repo for this, or at least I couldn’t find one, I’m linking a patch file and an updated spec file. patch spec This should fix the issue.
