I think I first saw this show up with ROME 25-3. There are a bunch of these things. None of them are programs, but just scripts.
The file name for the package is kde-services and I cannot find it in our repos. The only place I can find it is in the KDE Store. That can only mean one thing. The only way to get rid of it is Discover.
