I did play a bit with fastfetch configs a few time ago (then gave up because of priorities 
)
and probably missed something obvious.

All I did was add fastfetch --logo /path/to/image.png to my ~/.bashrc

How to put the OMLogo into Fastfetch (simple version)
Right-Click the image > Save Image As (I named mine OMLogo.png)
Put it where you want it to be
Remember this path (mine is ~/Pictures/Logos/OMLogo.png)
Paste into bottom of .bashrc
fastfetch -l ~/Pictures/Logos/OMLogo.png
Result!
There are a lot of options that you can set if you create the config file, but just putting the logo in there doesn’t have to be hard. 
You can replace the OMLogo.png with a photo of your smiling face if you so choose.

I did this too, but this only changes the logo when you first open your terminal. If you type in the “fastfetch” command, it’ll revert back to the ASCII image. Putting it in the config file makes it permanent.

If you are talking about the OP, is is a blank panel with the icon only task manager.

You should give the Otto theme a try on Plasma 6. It’s absolutely beautiful.
Icons is Tela-circle-dark
Wallpaper is the Otto wall paper.

Idk why, I’m a sucker for the bubble window buttons (probably from previously using macOS honestly).
I usually set up my Plasma env to use the global menu, a dock (Latte Dock is still being ported to Plasma 6 iirc), make it more comfortable and familiar to use.

As far as I know Latte Dock is looking for a developer.
I just use another panel with the icon only task manager in it.
So there is someone that is working on a Plasma 6 port for Latte Dock (here), but progress is slow. I keep an eye on it and keep hopeful. Really enjoyed using that dock.

I agree. Otto is one of my (few) fav plasma themes.
Don’t really like the orange-ish accent but I managed to edit the sources to get something I prefer.
