Bluetooth Mouse

I reinstalled my system them
sudo systemctl enable bluetooth

Now on reboot I can connect to my bluetooth headphones but not my logitech with dongle plugged in mouse.

Update, the headphones did pair but after turning them off and back on they now will not pair, bluetooth sees my devices but fails to pair with them.
