Xlibre and Nvidia

Hello Everyone!
I wanted to give some help/advice on using Xlibre with Nvidia. I have been doing so successfully for over a month so I figured it was a good time to post on how I went about getting everything working.
First things first. I am using LXQT so other DE’s might have problems, I have not checked as I am settled in.

I started by installing LXQT Rock, and thought I would try to upgrade to rolling that way. I installed Rock installed the nvidia open desktop drivers, updated everything, Restarted and then I opened software repository selector and chose rolling and then updated everything.
I tried it out with lightdm, but was stuck in a bootloop, so I installed greetd and compiled tui greet once I found out that greetd would work. So far it is running smooth. Gaming has also been a breeze. It is like I never left rock.

So to summarize my steps if I had to do it again.
LXQT - rolling
Install nvidia open desktop drivers, install greetd and use it instead of sddm by
sudo dnf rm plasma6-sddm, and then sudo dnf in greetd
then sudo systemctl enable greetd.service
reboot

Moving this to Coffee break since you aren’t requesting support.

Thank you for your efforts.
