What is the reason for mixing Cooker and Rock repositories in a new Installation?

This is the ISO in live mode
I don’t see any cooker repo, nor unsupported, restricted or non-free either, so it means you did it.

Hello,
I have a problem with the line:
OpenMandriva Cooker - x86_64
I think it is not right, therefore I have set ‘enabled=0’ in /etc/yum.repos.d/openmandriva-cooker-x86_64.repo
Now
$ dnf repolist

Is that the system, what I will?
But with this settings ‘skypeforlinux’ don’t run.
How can I in
OM Control Center -> OpenMandriva repo-picker -> set the only ROCK Repositories?
with regards

I can look in the ISO build script and confirm that what @rugyada says above is absolutely 100% true. A default install of OM Lx 4.0 has enabled 2 and only 2 repositories rock-x86_64 and rock-updates-x86_64. Also after having done 40-50 installs during testing this is what I saw on every single install I have done.
If @Hanisch or anyone else somehow has an ISO doing anything else it should be destroyed and never used. Download the correct ISO and don’t ever mix repositories from different releases.
