Wallpaper for old Pink Floyd fans

Those who want them should have them by now.

You did not create that art, those are stolen from Pink Floyd album covers and published as “yours” on Github.

Do you know what that is called? Intellectual Property theft.

That you were given forum admin privileges and you are abusing that by posting stolen intellectual property onto this forum is an absolute disgrace!

Well, then I guess I will remove it. Nice to see you again by the way.

Is there anything else on my github that you feel needs to be removed?

If you are unable to identify any IP you have stolen and republished as your own then that is definitely a you problem that you need to take responsibility for and correct by yourself instead of deflecting any blame or responsibility onto others.

As for your claims to have removed those items from that git repository they are still available through the commit history, thus in fact they are not deleted.

The correct way to revert the commits and remove the remote history is to revert the commits, hard reset the repo back to move the branch pointer to its prior state and then force push those changes to the remote.

As for the commit messages you inserted alongside those changes attributing them to myself they are rather petty and childish, behaviour entirely unbecoming of anyone who claims to be an OM forum moderator/admin, OM staff or anyone who purports to represent the distro, grow up - you are the one who committed & are complicit in IP theft, not me.

I’m just glad you are monitoring to make sure everything is above board.

I’m still not sure why you left when you did, but I still wish you the best.

Funny.
@uro you are the bbf of the worm who, abusing of its admin privileges, sabotaged OpenMandriva distro and have stolen all the work of OpenMandriva contributors.
You are also one of the parasites dreaming to create your own distro exploiting others’ sweat and tears.

By the way, I deleted the whole repo so you would feel like you won.

I still have backups and I will put it back when I feel like it.

Who knows, maybe Uro will report me to Roger Waters for being a Pink Floyd fan. “Roger, he made a wallpaper with your hammers.”

The idea of “fair use” apparently eludes you.

Also, if the copyright owners want to make an issue, they are free to do so, and don’t need busybody Karens like yourself to make issues on their behalf.

Truth be told, nobody needs busybody Karens like yourself, in fact, what is needed is far fewer busybody Karens like yourself.

Perhaps some-one should get him in touch with Syd Barret?

They’re removed for good.

If you got it off the Internet then, post where it came from. Ie.. like google images that way anyone getting in trouble would have to go back to the initial source. Either way I’m glad we are being monitored, it seems snakes never really leave they just go into hiding

I don’t remember where I found it, but yes it would have been google images. It has been in my folders a long time. I had not done anything with it, because it was small.

I am sure if Pink Floyd were to sue people you would be bottom of the barrel. Their images are everywhere, as is the same with the Grateful Dead or Led Zeplin.

Well, some trolls enjoy things like this.

As you can see, there is no shortage of them out there.
