One person asked how to connect USB pen to VirtualBox OS. Normally It detects the USB pen. I checked. When I plug the USB pen it does not detect.

Try a google search of “USB flash drive boot in VirtualBox”. And one of the first things one finds is “VirtualBox itself does not support booting from a USB device.” And there are a number of articles explaining how to do this. They are very technical workarounds. It’s tricky but possible or so they say.
Also know that this has nothing to do with OM developers it is Oracle developers that develop VirtualBox. This question might get better answers on their forum. Like most Linux distros OMA just repackages the open-source version of VirtualBox provided by Oracle.
