Use BGRT theme for grub menu and plymouth splash screen

Hi,

Latest kernel, grub2 and plymouth supports ACPI’s BGRT extension.
What do you think to modify our grub theme to use BGRT and to switch plymouth theme to bgrt ?

Well i guess there can be a drawback for hardware which meay does not support ACPI BGRT. Hard to say how it will look.

That cannot be default since it will just work for some users.

We can look that to be a boot option , however we should not
touch thse for Lx4.
