Trying to install lord of the rings war of the ring by liquid entertainment

Game: lorrd of the rings war of the ring by liquid entertainment

issue: when installing the game by cd or download. by clicking on autoplay then click on install lord of the rings war of the ring. then it says needs directx 9.0 runtime to install . not sure what to d on this one.

You will need to use Lutris, PlayOnLinux, or Steam. Each will have their own rating of the game’s ability to play properly as well as installation instructions.

how do you install Playonlinux?

You enable extra in the Software Repository Selector and do:

sudo dnf in playonlinux

I would honestly use lutris instead. Lutris works better for playing games
