The Independence Day in Poland

Hello, everyone!
I would like to share some my reflections with you. Today, we Poles are celebrating our national Independence Day. In 1918, the Polish state returned to the map of Europe after 123 years of non-existence. The Polish state had been conquered and divided between the powers of Russia, Germany, and the Austrian Empire.

It was a very difficult and painful period in the history of our nation.

Today, there are many wars going on around the world, and many people are suffering and dying as their victims. We Poles know what it means to lose and regain Freedom.
Surely we are not the only ones…
No more war!
