The KDE Plasma, server, and LxQT ISO’s have special AMD Ryzen versions, but the other spins do not. Is it planned to build an AMD Ryzen ISO for the GNOME spin?

Not really. Fixed.

Basically not tested. Plasma or lxqt are available in znver version because people testing them have the possibility to test on AMD Zen architecture. Versions like Gnome are not tested on znver due to lack of hardware among people developing this desktop.

However now that we have it in Gnome ISO links we are looking forward to read some feedbacks
