Small bugs in rock

  1. Gear lever needs a dependency to activate :

sudo dnf in python-requests python-xdg

This fixes the gear lever and Unable to install/move apps to default directory libreoffice in gearlever. There is a way to fix it :

  1. Task-plasma6-wayland is missing a dependency to run some applications on wayland, for example keepassxc :

sudo dnf in qt5-qtwayland qt6-qtwayland

  1. Couldn’t find the ‘qdbus6’ program error when using the custom KDE menu. Only the 11th and 12th menus have this message and another one, but it doesn’t show the error. For example, on Arch, this error didn’t occur (this is an example, and this error was present before Plasma 6.4).

  2. The question is more whether there will be an update of kde plasma to version 6.3.6, the latest bug-fix version, or rather not.

I can say that I really like this distribution and community.

They are discussing a UM for ROME in cooker. The latest kapps are being built and we tend to wait for the whole thing before syncing over to ROME. Rock will be a complete, stable feature set of ROME (to the extent that we can make it that way based on who shows up to test). For these bugs, I would say let @bero or @AngryPenguin look them over and see about getting them addressed promptly.
