Signal Desktop installation

I would install Signal Desktop but I don’t find it in repos, Signal doesn’t provide rpm version.
Any hope to have it packed for OMLx 4.2?

  • _OpenMandriva Lx version:_Lx 4.2

  • Desktop environment (KDE, LXQT…): KDE

You have it in flatpak.

I installed Signal but not clear how.
I installed flatpak and discover-backend-flatpak packages. Then I went to Flathub to search for Signal and I found Signal flatpak package. I started installation but Discover opens and show two Signal. I choose one with Signal icon and finally is installed.
But in Dnfdragora Signal doesn’t appears (installed or not). Instead in Discover window Signal is present and installed.

Dnfdragora is a GUI(qt,gtk)/CLI backend for dnf. Dnf works a top of RPM packages. RPM/DNF not support flatpaks, so dnfdragora too. In dnfdragora you can see only RPM packages and not snap, appimage or flatpak. For managing flatpak you need use custom tools like Discover, gnome-software or appcenter.

Thanks for explanation.
Then my Signal isn’t installed using rpm for sure.

And maybe this https://app-outlet.github.io/, but I did not try it yet. BTW, what is appcenter? Ubuntu app store?

dnf install appcenter
It comes from elementary stack. More info here https://appcenter.elementary.io

Installed OpenMandriva Lx 4.3 I’m not able to install Signal.
Using dnfdragora installed flatpak and discover-backend-flatpak.
Then in Flathub found Signal → press Install → ask for “open with Discover” → OK → in Discover I get an error message:
