networkmanager-1.56.0-1 is published to rolling/main/testing. The version in rolling/main/release is 1.54.3-1 so ROME users please test this if you are at all inclined to help with testing.
You obviously have to enable the main/testing repo. If there is a problem reverting is as simple as disabling the testing repo and I think running dnf downgrade networkmanager. (Memory there)
Now I gotta go test this myself.
