Rocm-opencl dependency erros after latest big ROME update

OpenMandriva Lx version:

OpenMandriva Lx release 25.11 (ROME) Rolling for znver1

Trying to install rocm-opencl results in dependency errors after the last big update to ROME.

Relevant informations (hardware involved, software version, logs or output…):

$sudo dnf in rocm-opencl --refresh

You can try to add to command line:
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages

llvm was recently updated, so it probably needs an upgrade or rebuild.
