Requirements:
I am unable to access some of the OM Requirements check box links provided below due to a reported HTTPS security issue that both
Firefox:
(145.0 64 bit)
and Helium:
(Chromium Version 0.6.3.OpenMandriva (Official Build, Chromium 142.0.7444.59) openmandriva 25.90 (64-bit))
claim originates from the target website, and neither will permit bypassing the block.
I have Searched the forum for my issue and found nothing related or helpful

I have read the the Release Notes and Errata

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to forum2.openmandriva.org because this website requires a secure connection.
What can you do about it?
forum2.openmandriva.org has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.
The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it.
If you are on a corporate network or using antivirus software, you can reach out to the support teams for assistance. You can also notify the website’s administrator about the problem.
Helium:
