I got the dreaded Spectre message on boot. I am going to clean install from a USB that has ROME 25.3 and kernel 6.13.5-desktop.
Is there a way to let kernels upgrade, but always keep this one, so it is always in GRUB as a fallback?

There are a few fallback kernels installed so I think you would probably need to just set a config. @bero probably knows where to look and what to adjust.
