In effetti nell’anno 2000 ho smesso di usare quel folletto e nel 2004 l’ho strappato da tutti imiei sistemi.
Questi continui riavvii mi fanno tornare in mente quei precedenti tristi periodi.

On both notebooks A and B

With autologin everything works perfectly with both x11, wayland, and gnome, with both notebooks A and B, and with both kernel-desktop and kernel-server.
This is consistent with starting in “console mode” followed by the command “startx startplasma-x11” etc. Everything is fine whenever I skip the graphical login screen.
Those who have skills and time could investigate thoroughly and maybe solve.
I certainly will not keep autologin mode.
I think the investigation is concluded.
