Hi, how can I install LeftWM on Rock? Also, I would like to know if it is recommended to switch from the Plasma desktop to another one, such as a window manager (WM)?
You should just do sudo dnf in leftwm. If it doesn’t find it, you may need to enable the Extra repository.
The best default experience is going to be Plasma. You can get a minimal ISO. It looks like they are currently failing, but here is where you get them from:

Then you can tailor your system to whatever you would like. It’s a bit more advanced, though. If you don’t know about dnf commands or how we do updating it could cause a broken system.
