Qgis can't load

Hello, after my last install of OM Lx 6 about a year ago, i realized QGIS was again available in repos after many years. I was very happy because i am using qgis daily and the OM is my main os. I had so far installed the qgis via flatpack system but this ‘‘eating’’ too much space on my disk and also in the official repos is a newest release of qgis . So i installed the qgis from the official repos but unfortunately isn’t load. When i try to run it i get this:
''QWidget: Must construct a QApplication before a QWidget
Canselled (core dumped)"

Anyone can help me resolve this?

hi @thanasis_65

ATM I can’t do a test install (tomorrow perhaps) but right off the bat I see some differences in our systems.

We’re both running Rock But that’s where things differ. Here’s what I’ve got on my system. My version of Plasma and QT are version 6 whilst you are still on version 5.

Operating System: OpenMandriva Lx 6.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0
Kernel Version: 6.14.2-desktop-3omv2590 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11

Is that the source of the problem? I have no idea. But you’re getting a QT/Plasma error.

We haven’t done a rock update since last year so in theory we should be on the same version…

@ SomeDudeInAZ Hello and thanks for the quick reply, i had noticed that but didn’t know how to fix it. I made a fresh install in my system a few months ago but i had a live usb with the previous release of OM, so i installed it and then i upgraded it, i guess that’s why i have older versions of kde plasma and qt.
