Problem with new package wlr-randr

On a ROME x86_63 Plasma running under plasma-wayland.

$ wlr-randr --help
compositor doesn't support wlr-output-management-unstable-v1

$ sudo wlr-randr --help
[sudo] password for ben79: 
error: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is invalid or not set in the environment.
failed to connect to display

I am not sure how necessary this package might be. I do not normally use plasma-wayland at this time and do not know much at all about Wayland or how plasma-wayland works. But felt like I should report this.

This came about because I was trying to help user with screen brightness issue here. In that case user is using Gnome/Wayland neither of which I use.

It works, but kwin not support needed by it features.
