In unsupported repositoty we have working darktable and rawtherapee.
Rest of packages is in unsupported too but broken for some reason. Not sure what’s wrong with them, but it looks like quite old applications that even the creators themselves are not very interested in. In a free moment I will look at it.

My understanding was this forum category is not supposed to be available for users yet. Apparently there is some miscommunication among OpenMandriva contributors.
The official way to request updates or new packages is:
https://wiki.openmandriva.org/en/How_to_report_a_bug#I_have_a_new_package_request
If you want new packages that is the place to request them until QA-Team changes this.

Got that feeling as if you run OMLx 4.0 in live mode you’d realize at least that Simple screen recorder is onboard by default.
Some other names from your list(s) are available in repositories as well.
