Plasma settings window icon missing

Hello,

OpenMandriva Lx version: 4

Desktop environment (KDE, LXQT…): KDE Plasma

Some icons missing in the kde plasma settings I have attached screenshot i dont know if its bug or artifact issue

This issue not present here:

Also not present on hardware systems on 3 computers.

Issue was with nvidia driver, what I did was I uninstalled the nvidia driver and installed open source driver and icons are back and showing.
