try to use sudo dnf upgrade --excludepkgs=cpupower-5.2.-0.rc1.1-omv4000.x86_64.rpm but get still this error.
I have tryed to do that, but its give error with kernel, did VPN and Virtualbox may give some issue with that? Not sure its use VPN settings or not. But its look like Vmware\virtualbox give more issue with it than other computer.
dnf update -x kernel-* how did you include cpupower than take install of it later?
some issue with dnf upgrade? Did not help with dnf clean because i get the samme issue again, need to use sudo dnf upgrade --nogpgcheck
