Nvidia is out again with kernel 4.10.1

Thought this would be a minor bug. It is not. Nvidia module is not properly built in kernel 4.10.1.

Is it working for someone else that uses nvidia and nvidia proprietary driver?

I use nVidia 340.101 (Quadro FX4600) …
There is a update nVidia 340.102, if this solved with kernel 4.10.x ??
