This is a list of the default applications I found not working or not working properly in OMLx 4.0 alpha. In other words these are the applications in the Application Launcher on a freshly installed OMLx 4.0 system.

Firewall Configuration
Does not ask for password thus it will not start.
Xlock?
This one is just a question on my part and may just be something I don’t understand the need for? Why do we have this and KDE screen locker? And there seem to be no settings for Xlock?
This is list for OM-Control-Center:

Under Software:
Update of system does not work.
Under Hardware>Device Configuration:
Audio Volume does not work
Audio and Video does not work
Under System>System:
Bug report tool does not work
Configure the system boot does not work
Under Security:
Nothing works. However Firewall Configuration is only not working because it does not ask for a password.
Post-edit: Actually not to bad for where we are in development. And thanks to whomever removed all the decrepit stuff from past and made changes that got us to this point. I believe that would be @bero and @rugyada.
Not sure we want it there, maybe best to run updates by different location (console, tray bar applet, else).
But even if so… I don’t know how to make it properly working.
