Latest ROME isos are here. IMO: I would definitely recommend using one of the latest isos from ABF not the isos at SourceForge. The isos at SF will result in problems when user attempts to upgrade them, there are workarounds, but just don’t.

As far as I know the Rock isos at SourceForge should be fine. By all means if you see anything Plasma5 do not install that. Plasma5 is EOL now.

Edit: If you install ROME be sure you know how and when to correctly up date it. The dnf up command does not work well and can break your ROME system. From cli:
sudo dnf dsync --allowerasing --refresh
You will want to pay attention to this thread for when.
