Doesn’t seem to be in any Rock repo, at least DNFDrake doesn’t find it.
Only Cooker and ROME.

I’m OK with DNFDrake, this just seems a bit more polished and feature-rich. I can wait, no biggy.
I love Zypper, but on openSuSE, we had YAST, so I have never seen this before. I have gotten used to DNF, so I don’t know if I want to try to use Zypper on OpenMandriva. I will admit that it looks good and seems tempting. 
On the other hand, I have not used DNFDrake either.

Might have to try Myrlyn, for some reason I havent had much luck withdrake, draketray or dragora in the 20 months Ive been here, they pretty much forced me to use the command line.
My opinion, Myrlyn is less confusing to use for first time users than Dnfdrake. The tabs are fairly self-explanatory.
A good option for users coming from Spyware 10/11. Especially if they need a GUI that will “hold their hand” the entire time. Users who feel comfortable at a terminal prompt have been in the minority of computer users ever since Windows 95 was released and AOL gave everyone free floppy disks.
Of course Myrlyn isn’t “pretty,” like the app repository GUI found is many other distros. There will always be those users who demand a “pretty” GUI. For them I recommend Yum Extender. It is green and has fancy icons on the “Flatpaks” tab.
I recommend placing Myrlyn inside the Welcome app so it appears next to Dnfdrake and Yum Extender as an option for the user.

(you need also install and configure one of supported WM like Hyprland or Niri)

I love sysd-manager and highly recommend it. I have been running the flatpak version and I will move to this as soon as I post this. Plasma used to have these tools. Why did KDE decide to drop them? If you don’t want to wait, you can grab it from cooker with one of these commands.

Mugshot is now available in cooker. It’s a program that lets you add profile picture and user information in XFCE.

Updragora
Updragora - has been added to the Cooker repository.
Description
Modern system updater and package manager for OpenMandriva Gnome and in future also for hypr (thanks to the possibility of implementing a wide range of graphical backends). Updragora is a part of Tears of Mandrake config tools.
P.S. Don’t try to install it on non-GTK systems, or it’ll either trigger Mayan apocalypse or eat your cat. Seriously, the style isn’t suited to QT and will look bad.
