This photo I took of American Basin in the San Juan Mountains in Colorado has been my default wallpaper for the last few years.

A picture I snapped in Wetumpka, Alabama right at sunset. Good colors.

Is this still going? I have a couple of pictures that I use myself, and that I’d like to share:

Ah, I didn’t realize I could attach the image right in the thread. So here’s my same one from the imgur post above

There is a bit of compression applied when uploading here, so the quality of the image is not quite the same (though it’s hard to tell the difference without looking at the original side by side). I can provide the full size images if needed, in case you guys are interested (a couple Mb won’t make that much of a difference when installing the wallpapers but it can make a difference on larger screens).

Agreeing with @bunion , I have a hi-res, low-compress image of my pic I can upload if wanted.

I’m sure @rugyada will have a place for your folks to do that.

I couldn’t edit my previous post, but I just wanted to add another one that I found the other day in my old archive (really need to take some time to go through those old pictures)!

Yep that’s the reason why:

:=)

I made some test uploading images at postimage.

On my file
right click > Properties > Checksums
click the SHA1 sum and copy the value

I uploaded my image, then downloaded it and compared the checksums. They are identical.

So I believe we can use this service (or another one of your personal preference)
If you want, you can post your SHA1 sum to be sure that the file is the same quality.

I had a little photo project going on, and here are two of my submissions for official OpenMandriva desktop wallpapers. I am still editing a few others, but I think these two had the best lighting, angle, colors etc.

Downloaded.
Thank you.

My photo project had two parts. The rock photos above, intended to be used with Rock6.0, and the fabric photos here that I felt fit with the looseness of a rolling release. I am not happy with how the lighting turned out, but didn’t notice until I started editing. So here are the best looking ones.

Technically, this is not denim, but who can actually tell the difference?
