Need help with ico changing an launching bat files

Desktop environment (KDE, LXQT…):

Description of the issue (screenshots if relevant):

issue: trying to change icons with files but crashes when trying to change icon.

first go to dolphin file manager. go to downloads or any section on bat file, wallpaper or etc. right click on it an go to properties. then select change. then select the top part where the icon image is an select it. then click to browse on the bottom of the icon editor. then it cashes repeatedly. not sure what to do about this.

als, when right clicking on bat file an click on copy to an then select copy to desktop. it wont load on desktop when trying to launch a bat file. but it works on file manager itself.

Second, ico and bat files are for Windows. bat files cannot run in Linux.

We expect everyone to follow the guidance I linked, and to use the entire template when posting in Support. You are actively refusing to do that. It wastes our time, and yours. By now, most people should know that those files are Windows types. I kindly told you they were. If that offends you, that is not my problem. Anyone else would have told you the same.
