For color palette the files go into the ~/.local/share/lxqt/palettes (if not there just create a folder in .local/share for lxqt and then one for palettes inside of lxqt and drop the OMLx file there
(has to be done as sudo) For the qterminal color.scheme. it goes into the /usr/share/qtermwidget6/color-schemes/ (drop the OMLX.colorscheme file in there.
(has to be done as sudo) Icons go into the /usr/share/icons folder
