List 10 apps most likely installed after installing OMLx?

The purpose is to ask users what are the 10 applications most likely to be installed after doing a fresh install of OMLx Rolling or Rock.

The initial purpose is to sharpen what we spend time testing. We have to few testers and need to use our time as productively as possible.

This could also be useful for deciding what to add/remove from future OMLx Rolling or Rock isos.

Gimp, Inkscape, avidemux, dosbox, chrome browser, some kde games, xsane…

Thanks everyone for replies here. Interesting information.

Time to list mine:

My top 10 list as a user:

om-midna-sddm
hddtemp
dnfdrake
icewm
kfind
hplip
firefox
thunderbird
chrome
virtualbox

My install list for post new hardware installation:

quassel bogofilter cpu-x gdb dnfdrake hddtemp icewm kfind task-printing-hp x264 x265 lib64x264_xxx lib64x265_xxx nvme-cli xguest firefox thunderbird google-chrome-stable virtualbox om-midna-sddm szyszka git abf-console-client abb mock rpmdevtools kernel-headers

In my VBox test systems I install firefox, and chromium. So I can test those in vbox along with falkon.

I could drop these: x264 x265 lib64x264_xxx lib64x265_xxx and use OM codecs from OM-Welcome and in fact I do use OM codes from OM-Welxome for vbox test boxes.

Here’s what we see listed more than once:

gimp 8

firefox 8

thunderbird 7

dnfdrake 5

hplip 5

libreoffice 4 (this is already a default package)

virtualbox 4

k3b 3

chrome 3

audacious 2

inkscape 2

telegram-desktop 2

steam 2

lutris 2

vlc 2 (default package)

Default package means default on the OMLx Plasma ISOs. I don’t know if telegram and telegram-desktop are the same thing?

The package name is telegram-desktop.
I think just “Telegram” is the common name one is used to call it.
