Now everything is all right with kernel 6.14.2-2.
It’s something in kernel 6.14.2 and doesn’t matter the distro. I’ve experienced it in EndeavourOS, Fedora 42, and OpenMandriva on Lenovo ThinkPad laptops with Qualcomm wifi cards.

Are you still having an issue with this? The issue was fixed by @bero in a patch for kernel 6.14.2-2 and we are now on 6.14.2-3.
