Krusader packaging bug?

Hello,

Requirements:

I have Searched the forum for my issue and found nothing related or helpful
I have checked the Resources category (Resources Index)
I have reviewed the Wiki for relevant information
I have read the the Release Notes and Errata

OpenMandriva Lx version:

Rome

Desktop environment (KDE, LXQT…):

KDE

Description of the issue (screenshots if relevant):

There are two versions of Krusader in the repos:

The one marked installed (with the check mark) in the screenshot seems to be the wrong one. It’s using KDE 5 and has all kinds of issues in Wayland. The one that’s not installed uses KDE 6 and works well. If I remove the KDE 5 one, however, and install the KDE 6 one, on my next dsync it gets replaced with the KDE 5 one.

Is there a reason to have both? If not, now that Rock 6 is out, maybe we can remove the KDE 5 version?

I am new to DNF, so I don’t know what the command is to lock the new package in and prevent it from being removed. You could try marking it as installed.

sudo dnf mark install krusader-2.9.0

Later, you would have to undo this.
