All KDE packages like kde-l10n were removed in the last update. If no more locale packages are installed, how is the localization of kde applications been done?
Now localizations are include in every single package itself so the pachage kde-l10n is not more needed. You may verify it by yourself by looking inside some kde apps package.
Sounds like carrying an unnecessary burden, having locales for unused
languages, and in all KDE packages…
Maybe it’s the same expert who prevented the users to execute dolphin and editors as root
