How to improve Brave performance using Vulkan graphics backend

Changing the graphics backend for Brave significantly improves performance (snappiness, frame rates, etc.).

This can be accomplished by doing the following:

  1. Enter brave flags by entering brave://flags.
  2. Search for “vulkan”.
  3. Change the value to Enabled.
