How many bug reports are too many?

I seem to have run into more bugs than most other people from the Lundukian Invasion and I would like to helpfully report them all but I’m a touch wary of making the OMLx team feel overwhelmed.

Most of this is rooted in me installing every shiny new package in the repos and stumbling across a few with non-existent dependencies but there are a few other misbehaviors as well.

If you have a GitHub account (and the inclination) you can file reports directly here:

I would say, bug report frequency isn’t a problem unless it’s several variations of the same bug.

Installing things that we may not be actively checking is something we need. I would also add, check the upstream. If time can be saved by attaching a point of reference from the project then it may help us identify problems in a more timely fashion.

Those that don’t have dependencies in the repos might just need a rebuild. You can usually confirm that in one of the chat rooms if you want before committing it to a bug report.

Thanks for telling me about the chatroom. I’ve reported a few bugs on GitHub already.
