GPU Screen Recorder is MIA

Hello,

Requirements:

I have Searched the forum for my issue and found nothing related or helpful
I have checked the Resources category (Resources Index)
I have reviewed the Wiki for relevant information
I have read the the Release Notes and Errata

OpenMandriva Lx version: Rock 6.0

Desktop environment (KDE, LXQT…):

KDE

Description of the issue (screenshots if relevant):

In April I changed from Rolling to Rock during the window and everything went fine.
Today I went to use GPU screen recorder and realized it was missing. Turns out it is still installed but I just cant find the link to it. I also don’t know the command line for opening it. Is there even a way to look that information up?

I used DNFDRAKE to reinstall it and it still doesn’t show up anywhere, although it is installed.

Relevant informations (hardware involved, software version, logs or output…):

gpu-screen-recorder would be the command line way to launch it.

You should file a bug report on this one. Good find.

@chisao999 please check:
rpm -qa|grep gpu-screen-recorder

We provide two package gpu-screen-recorder (cli based, without desktop icon) and gpu-screen-recorder-gtk (GUI one with desktop icon).
Please make sure you have installed both, in particular gpu-screen-recorder-gtk

Thank you, adding gpu-screen-recorder-gtk solved the problem. I’ll close the bug report.
