Fatal error downloading mirrors list

I have problems downloading mirrors list, although via browser the list is available. Has anyone had the same problem and know the solution?

Could you show us what error you’re getting. Mirror list working here:

Error message is on the picture, this is exactly what i get. In the same picture below is proof that mirror file is actually accessible (is opened in the browser).
