Hello,
OpenMandriva Lx version:
23.11 ROME (Rolling)
Desktop environment (KDE, LXQT…):
KDE Plasma 5.27.9 (I am still using Plasma 5 due to pending updates)
Description of the issue (screenshots if relevant):
I am experiencing an issue when trying to update my system using DNF. When I run the command:
LC_ALL=C sudo dnf --refresh --allowerasing distro-sync
it provides the following output
OpenMandriva Rolling - x86_64 16 B/s | 10 B 00:00
Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'rolling-x86_64':

Prior to this, I ran the following commands to clean the cache and update the repository list:
LC_ALL=C sudo dnf clean all && LC_ALL=C dnf clean all && LC_ALL=C dnf repolist
The output was:
0 files removed
0 files removed

- I am using DNF for updates as recommended in the OpenMandriva release notes and avoiding graphical tools like Discover or dnfdragora.
- My system is connected to the internet, and there have been no issues with connectivity during the update process.
- I have ensured that I am not mixing repositories from different release versions or update channels, following the guidelines to use only Rolling repositories for my system.
I am providing the output of omdv-bug-report.sh
for further details. (external link here at Renater File Sender)
Thank you for your assistance.
