Description of the issue (screenshots if relevant):
according to this thread (KDE vault fails to create) creating vaults should work if fuse2 cryfs and plasma-vault are installed.
and if i run
# dnf list fuse2 cryfs plasma-vault
i get:

so it seems i meet all the prerequisites, but i still get the dialog box where i can input whatever i want, but never be able to create a vault (i.e., the > Next button stays disabled)…

this is the same on my baremetal install of rome and a vm install of cooker.
