over weekend i've added couple of features to kernel-release-5.2.4
Features worth to mention:
- MuQSS - new CPU scheduler - enabled by default - you can check it by
running "dmesg | grep -i muqss"
- Preemption - FAQ/Preemption - Linux Kernel Newbies
- RCU Preemption
- Partition advanced - allow hard disks under which were partitioned under
an operating system running on a different arch
- Writeback throttling
