Cooker and ROME ISO localization (live mode)

Cooker ISO build ID 1394 - live mode in virtualbox.

Select French language.
The system is English, only sddm appears localized correctly.

Note: this looks like a regression.
Worth also noting that by selecting Italian lang will display the system proper localized as one would expect.

Here in installed system localization looks working as expected.
