I have been trying to install the codecs provided by OM-Welcome for a few days now.
They couldn’t be installed and after trying to install its packages all together i have found the error.
Certain libraries are not provided for install thus the install always fails.
I have made this issue over on github as will be linked to at the end of the post.

If you carefully read my post you will find that that route has been tried, but as it is nothing more than a fancy script to do the manual job the dnfdrake bug report still stands. The codecs cannot be installed, put simply. (Deleted the other post in order to put a proper reply but it did basically read the same as this.)
I posted my concern on closing, if any of the mods or devs feel that this solves the bug in a more permanent manner then feel free to close the issue and put your last post as a solution.
