How did you download the .iso?
Did you check the checksums?
How did you copy the .iso to installation media, usually a usb flash drive?

If user downloaded the .iso using a browser it might be worth downloading in terminal (Konsole). How user copies the .iso to a usb flash drive matters not just any old way works. Even when checksums match it is still possible that there is some small thing corrupted in downloading or copying of the .iso file. It is rare but it does happen.
