Can't install New Look and Feel themes

I did run into a small issue with not being able to put an external monitor on the left of my main computer. It would only allow me to move to the right to get to it. Not sure what the issue is there.

We know there is an issue with using a TV as a monitor. I suspect there is an issue or issues with using dual monitors and external monitors. This might be worth a bug report.
