What it says on the tin. If it’s easy, anyways, obviously not a huge priority but if it’s as easy as flipping a switch in the forum software to enable (don’t know what you guys are using but it seems pretty cool!).

I think there must be a plugin like you’d like. We’ll look for it asap, at this moment we’re mainly focused at getting the 6.0 release out hence at the code 
Please be patient.
That said we really really appreciate all you guys/gals/whatever providing your feedbacks, that is from a newcomer point of view while we may miss something obvious.

Take a look at the Garuda Linux forums if you get a chance. They have multiple color scheme options using Discourse. I assume it would take some time playying with css to do all of that though.
